Bloomberg Economics Economic Statecraft Lead Chris Kennedy tells Bloomberg This Weekend that President Donald Trump’s agreement to obtain Russian diesel is unlikely to significantly lower US fuel prices because the proposed November shipment amounts to roughly one day of American consumption.
