Sky News host Andrew Bolt says MP ‘had no idea what Pauline Hanson’s policy was’ after politician said permanent residents could have homes ‘repossessed’
Barnaby Joyce and one of his One Nation colleagues have struggled to detail the party’s housing policy, with Joyce requesting a second TV appearance to do so and senator Sean Bell being cut off during what a radio host described as a “trainwreck” interview.
Joyce first told Sky News on Thursday that his party wanted to force permanent residents to sell their homes – before clarifying the policy with colleagues and quickly returning to say that it wasn’t actually their policy.
